Dear next version of Ai

1) Add Output Auto Assign/Manual to the system preferences window

Custom systems and even sometimes on the S series, outputs get a little wonky and its very hard to navigate to the system patch and turn it off when your screen keeps going black to 'output' mode

2) Add Global Disable/Enable Audio to all layers to the system preferences window

For those times when someone left Audio enabled on the encoder and you have a 24 layer show (thats a whooping 48 layer disable clicks, 24 Layer open clicks, and 6 mixer clicks for a whooping 78 clicks... come on, trying to survive carpal tunnel here)
