Artnet Pixel mapping

I have a problem, I have setting up Elidy controlled by Ai using a modular Led fixture, and mapped it on Output page (very easy with v8, thanks), it work very good with moving media, but if I use fixed images the Ai stop sending Artnet packets and Elidy go to black after 10 seconds...

You should improve this by resending packet every 4 seconds, like it write in Artnet protocol documentation:

Art-Net 3 Ethernet Communication Standard wrote:...an input that is active but not changing, will re-transmit the last valid ArtDmx packet at approximately 4-second intervals.

have you turned on continuous output?

open the artnet/ citp module in the system settings and turn it on and also turn it on for each mixer you wish to be always sending - stagepatch/mixer/artnet device/continuous output
