In Out Frame TC
In fram and Out frame are not working when trigger more is in MTC.
We can't really use the server in TC mode.

Re: In Out Frame TC
to quote from the dmx chart:
IN MTC PLAY MODE ( in point ) becomes backward offset in frames
IN MTC PLAY MODE ( out point ) becomes forward offset in frames
so if you want to trigger from frame 10, set the value of out point to 10.

Re: In Out Frame TC
I'm not using any lighting desk. I'm only using the media server to make a standalone show.
When you right click on the media I try to move the in and out points and that's not working.
Im using the V 9.1.0.27

Re: In Out Frame TC
hi,
as mentioned before the in and out points DO NOT function as in and out points when in mtc mode - they become backwards / forwards nudges.
this is not going to be possible to without a console as they layer will clear its offsets when a new piece of media is called.
2 options:
1) trim the clip and reimport to ai
2) trigger the clip early on a lower layer and on a layer above it, trigger some blank media and remove it when you want the full piece of media to show. for example I want to trigger movie clip 10 frames into the clip, so I trigger it 10 frames before I want to see it and at the same time, trigger the blank media. then after 10 frames, remove the black clip to show the movie clip.

Re: In Out Frame TC
I will try using a Blank media.
Just a question. The timeline page will be back on V10. Do you know when it will be released? We can't have any Beta for the moment?
Thanks

Re: In Out Frame TC
hello,
yes, the timeline is back in v10
we have not yet reached the beta stage of v10 - we are hoping to have one available by the end of the year, but we have to see how the next few weeks go before we commit 100% to a specific date. ( its worth the wait, so much new goodness! )
