HELP - avo can't do what MA can. HOW?

Hi.

Need your help.
In MA Console, we can Align fixtures to mirror one another.
For Example we have 8 lights in a row.
I want my 1st cue: 1, 3, 5, 7, to pan RIGHT. Then 2, 4, 6, 8 to pan LEFT.
After a few cues, I want all the lights (1- Pan Right at the same time.
How can i get this to work?
DO we use the FLIP button?
Or the Swap Button?
Or the invert PAn button?
Or manually do that?
