AI10, Win7, FirePro w8100, GUI Glitch

Hello,

I have just constructed a server for Ajuna/Bondi, have completed my installs, and am ULTRA happy with the result..
apart from one thing.

I am experiencing some glitches with windows 7 and AI as far as GUI.

when navidating in windoes ith AI open, explorer windows, notepad documents, and other applications re not drawing properly to screen, and are getting "stuck" behind the AI UI.

enough clicks in the taskbar, or a force quit on AI often corrects it..
i am not sure if this is a hardware or software problem.

AI 10 (anjuna)
Windows7 Pro
Asus p10s WS / Xeon E3 1230 v5
AMD FirePro w8100
SSD 250gb SYS
PCI NVME SSD MEDIA

I updated from shipped FirePro Driver to the latest release, no change.
re-installed AI, no change.

i am thinking next steps might be:
update chipset drivers (if possible)
re-install everything and hope it helps..
is there anything in the bios I should be looking at?
