MultiMonitorOut ? glFinish ?

I have 2 questions about those 2 buttons : MultiMonitorOut and glFinish.
What exactly those buttons are changing in the system?

without the multimonitor module, you wont be able to send video to any screen except screen 1.
glfinish is a programming function - it alters the way graphics are processed within Ai - wether it is usefull or not is realy down to the individual project - we generaly try both on and off on a project to see which state has the biggest benefit. if you want a technical answer "The glFinish function blocks until all OpenGL execution is complete "

For the MutliMonitorOut. The option is always enable? Because for me the button doesn't change anything on the output.
