External capture solution ??? reccomendations for laptop

Hi guys, so im looking for advice on an external capture card solution. i want to stream video from a laptop into AI running on a dell m6800. there seems to be a couple of options:

i have only used the Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle as an external input with Ai.

i was impressed with it, it gave relatively low latency for an external device ( maybe 4 or 5 frames ? i didnt measure it though) and the signal looked good taking an input at 1920x1080 over HDMI.
