[Possible Bug?] Artnet Layer Control not changing VisualEffect field.

I am playing around with the VisualFX channel with the Ai Artnet Layer Mixer (I think that is what it is called..) and when I change the value for VisualFX I can see the VisualFX Parameters changing in the FX1 Mixer, however, the VisualEffect name is not changing as I change the VisualFX value.

I assume that this is a bug?

It would seem that none of the Artnet controls affect what is displayed in the Layer Adjustments or FX windows. Is this by design? It would be a good way to see what your ArtNETcontrols are actually modifying if they were reactive to teh ArtNET control, or is there another place that shows you what changes you are making (for instance what VisualFX your DMX values have affected. Similar to how the FX Parameters change their names as you scroll through the effects via ArtNET control.

Not off of one of my servers, but you mean this screen?

Double left click into the grey area of the layer module you want to open from the Mixer you have attached a PNG of and you will be able able to see the ArtNet controls for that layer. Including the effects control values. If you want a more refined version then right click on a layer window in the performance page.

This has happened to our machine too - on v8. it has caused Ai to crash - based on crash logs the crash is caused by vingette.dll and blur.dll both of which had been added (i believe) by artnet patch when we connected to a road hog 4
