Crashing on Hippo Grasshoper

I've Hippo Grasshoper hardware and I want to instal Ai on it. Problem is crashing of Ai.

Do You know where is problem?

i had a look at the info for the Grasshopper but there is no hardware specification given.

generally speaking, Ai has fairly different system requirements in both hardware and software to Hippo, so its possible the problem is there. however without any details about how it is crashing or any error messages its almost impossible to guess.

do you know the system specifications? are you able to supply any crash details, screenshots or project files?
