MA2 CITP / MSEX?

Hi there,

Has anyone gotten CITP working with MA2 3.0.0.5?

I have successfully connected the console to the media server via ARTNET and can drive the server alright.

CITP is on on the Ai server and the MA2 picks up the server in the CITP config window without issue and it is green (meaning that it is connected) but the thumbnail transfer fails.

Any ideas?

Further Info:

The error message on the MA2 is "Update Thumbnails Command From Media Server with IP 10.10.10.111 fail. Media Server doesn't send MSEX/ELOn message!" when I attempt to update the thumbnails.

I am using the MA2 100ch personality from the Avo Ai program folder, and using the Gobo1 subattribute for both the library and image subattributes.

I've been trying the same thing, for months, if you get it to work please, please let me know.

is that using the Ai profile builtin to the Ai install folder?

Trying to do same thing. Problem is: MA actually downloads thumbdails, but can't show them. You can check it by looking into the folder, where MA stores thumbnails.

I tried. It was working 6 month ago and now AI crash and make the MA2 crashing at the same time...

Has nobody really managed to get this working yet?

can you elaborate a bit on this for me please. Is the general purpose of this to get the thumbnail data? Or is it for active patching? CITP MSEX Video streaming should be working.

Yes, video stream is working, however, thunbnai transfer fails.
