Media not running smooth

Hello. Im running the last AI version on EX8. Graphics cards are synct from the AMD driver. All output are HD @ 50Hz. Media are AIM superstream.
The problem is. The media server is running over 50FPS in the visualiser interface (around 53 FPS) and outside this interface I can read around 40FPS.
The media are not running smooth.
If I use GLfinish it look ok but the performance are slower...

Is the FPS of your media either the same as your output refresh rate or a multiple of it? ie 25 fps media on 50 hz output? This is a requirement for perfectly smooth playback.

If that isn't the source of the problem then it is worth trying the 'Optimal 1.0 Speed Playback' option in the System settings.

Also worth trying disabling things in the 'Layer Render Options'.

When I use media without sound its not axactly 50hz. It can be more sometime. If I use the GlFinish it goes down to 25 and its smooth. But if the media use sound with the GlFinish enable it's really not smooth.
When I use sound I need to enable continuous sync.

what frame rate is the video rendered at?

All videos are from Arri Alexa shot at 25fps and then change to AIM codec.
