V7
Hi guys,
I will received an Infinity tomorrow, I will load it with it's dedicated custom content. Should I consider to run it with V7?
I already have an MA2 V7 device done which works well, but stability on AI is now good enough? I played with it last month having good results, but was not solid enough to let it in for production. The servers are going to be on a production next month.
Thanks.

Re: V7
From my limited experience I'd say v7 is sufficiently stable for running a show, if you simply want to fire the clips. However, if you're planning to use lots of the little AI tricks and specials, I'd rather prefer v6, since there are still some things to do in v7. In particular, if you want to play with the motion page/key frames, or with timeline, I'd rather use v6. AFAIK they also have a personality for v6 on the GrandMA2 - you should ask the AI guys.

Re: V7
Jacques.
Stability of the V7 software is very good! We're running it on a TV-gig with simple square surfaces, nothing fancy.
Playback is absolute rock-solid, response to Artnet is very fast.
Some glitches and stuff we're still working with but nothing big.....

Ok then,
I will clean up the fx part of the fixture because it looks like the values are wrong, I had a custom made fx fixture in V6, which contained about 80 FFGL + the stock, could it be what make the fx behave funny? When I installed on my T8, I deleted every thing who was customized, and put it on the file server so it was quite a clean install, but still when I open the Fx 1 and 2 It doesn't show what the device parameter is showing... I meed infinite soft edge but it is not doing it. Samson should be at the Beijing office today I try to figure it with him. Thanks.
