V8 dongle startup problem and workaround

In case someone is wondering "how do you start the V8 with the Dongle attached (until this known issue is fixed) remotely?", this is how I managed to do it:

- open control panel / device manager
- find the "Smart Dongle..." device and right-click on it, then <disable>
- leave device manager open
- start V8
- find the "Smart Dongle..." device again and right-click, then <enable>
- V8 will recognize the dongle and all is well again.

handy if you are accessing the machine via some VNC solution like TeamViewer or RDP...
