AI server executable has stopped working?

hey guys, so im in the middle of buidling a video mapping project for NYE...........opening up the project again all i get is AI server executable has stopped working........now i have had this before......when importing the wrong format of 3d model...and certain media i seem to recalll......any how i have no idea, why this is happening.....also trying to open other projects like blankproject.scb.....only opens the same project and crashes giving that same message...AIAIAIAI what to do?

ok so i just reistalled the ai software and all is running again ok.....dunnooo why this happend.
