Timecode Out

How to send a Timecode to midi / DMX out by reading media on the time line or on the performance page.

Currently Ai does not generate Timecode, it only responds to it.

Ok let me explain. Have decided to synchronize MIDI via MIF4 light console, and a lazer software.
So is it possible, and how does have to send via MIDI Timecode Infinity server the media either patch or time line or other.

i have a full explanation of timecode in Ai being written at the moment ( hopefully finish it this week? ) but as a quickguide...

in system settings you need to choose your timecode source in the dropdown if using mtc, or select ltc if using the infinitys ltc port. you then need to turn the timecode widget on and then activate it. ( it should be blue/grey and moving when activated and recieving timecode)

to assign a timecode trigger to a clip, either right click the clip, and on the left side of the clip properties window, you can set a timecode value, or in the performance page you can press home and then use

page up/down - adjusts frames
shift+page up/down - adjusts seconds
ctrl+page up/down - adjusts minutes
shift+ctrl+page up/down - adjusts hours.
