crash v7 in alienware

Hello I have a problem loading the v7
crash occurs and the program closes
I have a alienware r14
and tried everything and it does not run
remove administrator permissions and nothing

alienwares are notoriously difficult.

which graphics card do you have and have you made sure that Ai is using the dedicated graphics card and not the onboard shared one?

if I'm using the dedicated graphics card is an envidia m650 and not the generic  hd 4000, do not think the problem through on the graphics card, the program simply does not run and closed

can you confirm that you are forcing ai to use the nvidia? most problems i see with alienwares are when they are not using the dedicated graphics.

can you describe what happens in a bit more detail?

it needs to be run as admin and also with uac dissabled.

as I said above in the first post, I'm using the dedicated graphics card and not the generic 'and also disconnect the UAC. the program simply does not run, crashes before leaving and then closed, so we are taking the step of returning the two media server to Avolites distributor and manage the purchase of spider with arkaos, Avolites since I do not reply to my delivery problems and keep asking details, which were already asked and answered and we are turning into a never ending problem if your program can not work well on me alienware does not make any guarantee of confidence, thanks ...

which version of software are you using?
does it give an error when it crashes? - does it open at all or do you never see the interface?

is a busy one version 7.1 and 7.1 beta and the same problem occurs
the interface is displayed but can not see fully only the outer frame and peripheral menu and when you touch the frame of the program hangs and windows closed warns that the program does not respond .
My email is edoliluminacion@gmail.com and HMI lighting is my company and my name is Eduardo Gonzalez and I am the technical manager and operations of this company , we are in charge of media and robotic part handled with Avolites , channel 13 tv Chile , as we are the most skilled in handling Avolites in Chile.
the biggest problem is that my company recommended buying the media server and the program can not make it run on a alienware and that is leaving us a bad reputation with our customer 13tv channel .
 Avolites expert pro , alienware and arkaos works perfectly and very fast, I can not understand why not run v7 .
but I need my client use both the media server Avolites buy . the client wants to keep working alienware priority
