Black Magic Decklink Duo

Are there any tricks to getting a Black Magic Decklink Duo card to work with AI can't seem to get SDI signal into AI using the generic camera patch. Running signal at 720p, the black magic video capture software see's the signal but AI doesn't.

a lot of the blackmagic cards require that the input is selected from the blackmagic application found via control panel before running Ai.

Hey thanks for your help. The settings actually didn't allow any changes to the card, but I ended up adding the Data path SDI - Optimised interlaced patch and that worked straight away. Cheers for your help.
