SDI Output via Blackmagic Decklink

Is there any way using a Blackmagic Decklink Card as output device in AI? That would be a very useful feature for me. Is the AJA KONA Sdi output working with normal AI software license or only in dedicated server? Which AJA card is neccessary? Is it working with interlaced output?

SDI output is only supported via the kona 3 and 4 cards.


although they are still supported in the software we no longer supply them in the servers as we found they had quite a performance hit.
