Hi so I've looked into this and the problem seems to be as follows

From the instructions.rtf document in the in the osx zip file:

please unzip the archive and place the Distrib folder in

/Applications/Avolites/Ai/Distrib

The entire contents of the Distrib folder needs to be sitting there in that directory, not just the ai.app file. Can you confirm, do you have the entire contents of the Distrib folder from the zip file you downloaded sitting in the folder mentioned above?

ok brilliant that seems to work now, i had cut the ai launch file into the application folder. Thanks Dave
