unable to effect vertexs of models in the mapping editor
Hi guys, so i have two screen fixtures (normally more) plugged into the projector fixture which is then connected to the mapping editor module. this allows me to effect the vertexes of the 1st model but not subsequent models. which is the correct way to go about this?
Re: unable to effect vertexs of models in the mapping editor
right click the projector, choose "loadf alternate skin" then choose "advanced" you should then see "next screen" and "previous screen" buttons - these will let you choose which screen fixture input you are working on.

Awesome thats perfect, knew it was something super simple. cheers.
mapping multiple looks and models
another question in this regard:bounce: . so when i map out a model in the mapping editor, is there a way of saving that mapped model? when i add a neww map, or change the mapped models uv map and save it, the mapping i previously did has dissapeared and i have to remap it in the mapping editor. i wish to set up several uv maps on several models in each screen fixture. so i have multiple looks for my stage set. whats the best way of achieveing this? i hope you understand what i am trying to do from my description. Thankyou in advance
Re: unable to effect vertexs of models in the mapping editor
the mapping editor affects the current model you are working on, not all stored models. this means that for each model you use, you need to do a mapping setup for.
the automap module can be used to get you most of the way there and therefore reduce the amount of mapping needed - you just do it once and it adjusts the projector position - but it does rely upon you having an accurately measured model which is true to the sizing of your real world target.
