autoblend does not open

hi, i have an Ai Infinity EX-8, bought in 2014
when i press the configure button nothing happens, SPCalibrator64.exe does also not start, it cannot run in standalone
do i need a license for autoblend?

Hi,

it could be one of two things:

1) direct x might need installing - try looking at Distrib\System\Auto Blend\DX Installer ( this is the path in 10.3.0.15 )

2) there was a start date for which we first supplied Autoblend - probably the easiest way for me to work out if the server falls within those dates is to take your server serial ( it will be something like AiS-999 ) and look into it for you. you can either let me know here or via support@avolitesmedia.com - either way I will see it
