can not drag 3D Model & media file in AI server

Hello,guys,
I meet a problem.As before,I drag the 3D model into the screen,and it works.
But now,I install an Ai server into new computers(we had two),we drag the 3D model or
media video,can not work,it present a lobel of "stop".
I have try uninstall it and re-install V7 R14 or the older version,It still can open AI server,but can not import 3D model or media.

can you help me ?
