Fixture Position/ Canvas Resolution Changing

Roller Cue media selection method

When changing media file, the fixture will sometimes rotate 90 degrees in the Z axis.

The canvas resolution of the fixture changes from 1152 x 360 to 1920 x 1080.

This throws the content mapping off.

We have not determined how or why, but it does happen consistently on this project.

Any thoughts?

Figured it out.

We were recalling the scene triggers that are part of the default Media Bank.

After making a trigger with our correct settings, we deleted all the other scene triggers.

All better now.
